I am a 100% satisfied with this company!!! So glad I made the phone call. I’m a type 1 diabetic and they helped me get 10 yrs worth of money. They keep in contact with you and make the process so smooth. The staff were amazing!

I was very skeptic when I called True North. They called me, sent all the information. From my initial phone call to receiving my cheque, 3 months, and that includes me sitting on the form for 2 weeks, again because I was skeptic. True North was truly professional and I highly recommend them.

I investigated True North Disability Services to determine if I was qualified for a tax credit due to my Type 2 diabetes. They were extremely informative and helpful with the procedures and qualifications regarding this tax credit. They provided me with the required forms for my doctor to complete and followed through with the filing and follow-up with CRA for a successful filing. All three of the people I dealt with at True North Disability were helpful, polite and professional in their dealings. As a bonus, their fee is not payable until after you are successful with your claim and have received your refund. I believe this is one of those “hidden” credits with CRA that most people are not aware of. I would highly recommend this company for their excellent service and wish them continued success with their business!
