True North has an excellent service. They are very efficient & very accurate in their assessments. They notify clients & update them at what stage their application is at with CRA & what to expect. The physicians who are refusing to fill out their patients DTC forms need to be more aware of these credits so that more patients that are entitled Can receive their DTC from CRA .

I was sitting in my car on a break at work and saw an ad for True North Disability Services and thought to myself that it must be a scam. I then called and talked to one of their advisors and she asked a couple of questions to determine my eligibility. She then sent me some forms and explained how to fill them all out…so far so good, but still skeptical. The staff is really helpful and friendly. After I submitted all my completed forms, they were sent to the government. The whole process took about 4 months and I received a considerable tax reassessment ! If you are skeptical like I was, go ahead and try this out! You will not be disappointed! Good job Shane and his team, this was money I wasn’t even aware I would be getting! The whole process is quite easy and TNDS does all the hard work for you!

I am totally impressed with this company. Shane is very open honest and informative. He made it all so easy and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend True North Disability Service. I found out that I qualified and got a tax refund quite quickly. What a great service for people with a disability.

Service is awsome especially how quick the response time is and the fact every claim is treated with priority.

So far, I am very pleased. They have kept me informed of every step of the process and my son was approved for the Disability Tax Credit! We had tried this on our own 2 or 3 years ago but had been turned down. I highly recommend this company. As for the tax refund, I haven’t received that yet but even if I only get a small amount back it is better than nothing, and going forward we can claim our son on income tax.

I just wanted to say that True North Disability Services really help me . I have tried by myself four times in the past and failed . Then TNDS tried once and here I am to tell you that I have received money. The people that work at TNDS are polite and know what they are talking about . Anyone that has a problem should go to these people .
