Who We Are

At True North Disability Services, we help Canadians access the Disability Tax Credit (DTC) a federal program that can refund up to $25,000 in unclaimed benefits.

Since our founding more than a decade ago, we’ve grown into Canada’s most trusted DTC agency, known not just for results, but for how we care. We believe that every Canadian deserves access to the support they qualify for—without confusion or pressure.

Why We Started

Our story began with a personal challenge: a family member denied the DTC despite clearly meeting the criteria. That frustration with the system became our mission to help others avoid the same barriers and get the support they deserve.

Today, we’ve helped thousands of individuals & families across Canada secure their refunds, many of whom had been told “no” before finding us.
