I am a type 2 diabetic. In the past with similar companies and even with my own specialist I have been told that this credit is only granted for people in wheelchairs and the blind. They were wrong. True North Disability had gotten in contact with my doctor to fill the appropriate forms and had outlined why I would qualify. Sure enough after having them support me every step of the way I did finally qualify. The positive and professional employees always kept me up to date on my application. There were some problems with CRA and Shane walked me through all of it. I really appreciate the added time and effort he put forward. I can not say anything negative at all about my experience with them. Thank you so much.

After finding a random ad on Facebook about the services these guys offer I figured I had nothing to lose. The staff was very informative about their process and what I was eligible for after a quick conversation over the phone. It took a few short months and I had approval from the CRA. The True North staff always kept me informed with updates about my pending application. I have already told 2 others I know who are Diabetic and hope they get as great service as I did. Thanks!!

I used True North and was very pleased with their service. They kept me in the loop at all times and they did the leg work with CRA , which can be a nightmare at times. But I was successful just like they said I would be and I am happy to recommend them to anyone wishing to find out if they qualify for the Disability Tax Credit. They have been absolutely fantastic for us. When we first heard about this company we seriously questioned it, sounded too good to be true but we still pursued it. Yes, our family doctor would not approve us but we went to a different Doctor Who understood our circumstances and approved our request. We filled out our papers and send them off to True North and they did all the rest. Before we knew it they approved us and we were sent a check for both my husband and myself. They are a legitimate company and they do work for you. We do highly recommend this company. Just so you know we are not getting anything for saying this about them they are True.

The people of True North Disability are professional and actually care about their clients. I have never been so happy with a company. They went above and beyond. I will be telling everyone about them. 10 stars!!!!!
