I am diabetic type II using insulin. With the help from True North Disability Services I just got a significant amount of money from RCA for my disability tax credit refund. I am very satisfied with their service. All process was done professionally and very fast. Less than one hour after I sent an enquiry through internet I got a telephone call from one of their staff explaining the eligibility of my case to claim the Disability Tax Refund and sent me the forms I have to fill out and sign. After I signed and sent back the forms to them using a paid envelope their provided, I didn't need to do anything, just waiting. The services included getting the Doctor's note and sending the application to CRA. They are very proactive and always updated me on every stage of the process. The whole process from the beginning until I got the money was only about six weeks, even though at the beginning they told me it would take about 8 weeks to get approval from CRA and another 3-4 weeks to get the refund. They are truly doing a great job. Thank you very much and I definitely would recommend them to everyone who may need the service. Andy
