I often heard of companies similar to True North and even contacted a couple. For the most part I encountered robotic type answers and a refusal to do business as I requested. You see, I have a problem doing business on the phone. As complicated as this process can be, I was not planning on doing it alone. So, I was put at ease by True North rather fast. In fact, through the entire process, I was asked for a phone consult only once. It has now been about three months and all is close to being complete. The money has already come though and we are very happy with the results.
