I was very happy with my dealings with True North Disability. They were prompt in answering my questions and worked with me all the way through to the end of the process. Having recently recieved a disability claim from the Canadian government with the help of True North disability services I cannot praise their efforts enough. What I thought was a scam ,turned out to be a windfall I had no idea I was entitled to. If it had not been for their professional know how and knowledge of the system ,I am sure I would have floundered and given up all together. Their cost of doing business is a little dear,but when you consider you were not going to get it at all ,it fits the scope of things. When applying for the disability tax credit this year I chose to hire True North Disability to assist me with the myriad of paper work and rules you need too follow. This turned out to be my best choice ever. Shane of ftrue north talked to me and my spouse on both of our applications. He insured that we understood our rights and procedures we needed to do. He and is firm kept in constant contact with both ourselves and insuring that we received what we were intitled too. When did not back date my claim provided my physician he filed an appeal on my behalf. When denied it again he apologized and waived his fees for myself and we were billed only for my wife’s claim. His firm is professional and the take great pride in insuring their clintle are well served and successful in their applications. I highly recommend that anyone applying for disability tax credit consider this firm when doing so.

I have been dealing with True North for the past 4 months and recently received a Tax Refund by Direct Deposit covering my Disability Tax Credit for the past 6 years . I also understand that I will be receiving this Tax Credit on all my future Tax Returns.
