Very happy with them. Easy to work with and if I had questions they got back to me right away. They also helped with my Dr. Because he said I wasn’t eligible. They took care of talking to him and explaining why I was eligible. Received my refund so very satisfied. It might take a little longer if they is issues but well worth the wait. I engaged TNDS in early 2016 and found their guidance to myself and physician instrumental in getting approved first time. It took a bit of convincing with my doctor, but following a template they provided with my own information sealed the deal. I was contacted when the initial approval was awarded and then when the life changing 10 year refund amount was known. I even got great advice on how to handle the CRA refund in light of the impending postal strike. What a great bunch of people. When the refund arrived, I was very pleased to settle my account for a fee substantially lower than many other provider this service. I was even able to use my credit card and earn a few loyalty points as well. If you suffer a disability and the financial hardship that so often comes with that, make sure to get everything your entitled to. Stick it to the man. If your a tax expert, you can do it yourself, but risk getting rejected. If you have ever hired a career coach, financial planner or other professional services, you’ll soon recognizes the value in having an advocate at your side walking you through the process. I’m very pleased to have done business with TNDS and heartily recommend them.

at first I was skeptical but everything turned out great. All I had to do was have my family Doctor fill out the forms that were provided and deliver them back to True North Disability Services Ltd. Then I received a letter from Canada Revenue Service telling me I was approved and they would work out the amount I was to receive and they sent me a cheque within two weeks.
