I’m type 1 diabetic, dealing with the insulins and checking blood sugar since I was 25. I’ve never had any information about getting some help. Until this May.. I called the TNDS, they told me everything about the Disability Tax Credit. They were absolutely professional and understanding, so I started my journey. Finding the right doctor, dealing with the misunderstanding and doubt… I think I was the only one who actually believed in this.. After a few months of waiting I’m here, got back a really decent amount of money, I won!! But I couldn’t do it alone. The TNDS held my hands all way long. I had tons of questions, they answered correctly. They told me the truth from the beginning. Awesome team, honest, hard working guys. The folks at true north disability were FABULOUS!!! They were extremely organized and helpful, and helped me get a disability tax credit I didn’t even know might be possible! I was 100% skeptical to begin with but the staff of TNDS guided me and my doctor through the process and we were approved on the first attempt. I had the pleasure of dealing with TrueNorth to obtain help while using my insults pump, they walked me through filling out the forms, and were only a phone call away when I had questions…the end result was excellant! I got a rebate from the government that I had no idea I was entitled to!! Thank you True North Disability Services, I would recommend using their services to obtain your rebate; which by the way you are entitled to!

I contacted True North in 2016 and was initially skeptical. I am a believer now! The process with them was easy (doctor not so much). I have been type 1 since 1972 and knew nothing about the DTC. I’m glad someone told me and that I saw the True North Disability Services on Facebook. If I hadn’t seen the posting I never would have gotten the tax credit approved.
